LifeNight, Monday 3rd April, at Lyneham
ACT Masters is running our annual charity night on Monday 3 April. On the night we will play a little hockey, with sides from North and South competing for the Jack Thompson “Keeper of the Flame” trophy. Afterwards we will put on some food, games and raffles at Pick-up-sticks. In the next few days you will be contacted by the team coordinators and invited to play in a team aged over 55’s; under 55’s; or open women. It will cost you $15, which will get you some pizza, a few chips and a chance to win around $2000 worth of prizes. The night has a few aims, but the main one is to provide our 450 plus members a chance to socialise, talk with old friends and raise some money for charity. So even if you are not playing, come along and enjoy the company, and pass this on to anybody in the Hockey community who might be interested. All money raised will be contributed to various charities around Canberra. Leo President, ACT Masters Hockey Assn |
